We have apprentices with our tradesman learning and assisting with each job, which the initial service call rate excludes. Please note apprentices may not help or assist with your job, therefore will not be charged for their time on site. If our apprentice is billable and saves your job time for the tradesman and is an advantage, there will be a labour rate applied. Here at Duncan’s Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning, we value our apprentices as they are an essential part of the business and growth of this trade.
If our apprentices are not billable from time to time, our general costs will increase significantly.
To benefit the consumer, we operate between 7:00 am to 5:00 pm five days a week.
Our office is open 8:00 am to 2:00 pm on Saturdays.
Types of jobs require additional equipment, we can allow for:

Access equipment hire
Locating equipment hire
Our reports are fully processed with appropriate photos, conclusions or a course of action to take place.
Our quotes, if accepted, are appropriately booked in to suit your requirements with the expectation of product equipment availability. We request a 50% deposit and payment of the balance after the completion of work.
