Duncan’s Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning are committed to providing top-quality service with unmatched efficiency. Our vehicles are equipped with the majority of materials needed to tackle just about any job, meaning there’s no need for back-and-forth trips. We will resolve your plumbing, heating, or air conditioning issue promptly and effectively—right then and there.
Our team consists of the very best licensed plumbers and drainage experts, apprentices, and trades assistants. Our office staff handle bookings, manage our tradesman’s workloads, invoicing and provide friendly customer service.

Our dedication does not stop with our frontline services. Behind the scenes, we maintain a state-of-the-art training room where we continuously educate and challenge our apprentices. Through hands-on simulations, we ensure that when our apprentices are fully qualified, they are prepared to handle any situation that comes their way, they are trained not used.
We proudly serve both NSW and ACT, our licensing covers comprehensive plumbing and drainage services. We also utilize the latest technology, including electric eels, high-pressure hydro jets, and CCTV cameras with coloured television screens for precise drain diagnosis and location.
Other services include:
- Natural Gas and electric appliance installation
- Hot water system supply and installations including storage and continuous flow units and servicing of all brands
- Tapware and toilet repairs and backflow prevention testing
- Thermostatic mixing valve servicing
- All natural gas fittings including installations, certifying, repairs and servicing of all gas units including wall furnaces and ducted gas heater servicing
- Electrical, repairs and installation
- Excavation, drainage, septic systems and site cuts
We also maintain a wide range of new hot water systems—including electric, natural gas, continuous flow, and heat pump units—as well as air conditioning and gas ducted heating systems in our warehouse. This means we can often have your system up and running the same day.
In addition, we’re proud to have one of the best carpenters on staff full-time. Whether it’s fixing a sticking door or building a verandah deck, our resident “woodwork wizard,” Damien, is available to handle your carpentry needs with skill and precision.
