Duncan's Plumbers Canberra have a skilled team of canberra plumbers and drainers, including the owner, Jason Duncan, apprentices, and trades assistants. The office staff is comprised of Lyn who manages the tradesmen’s work load, manage the bookings & provide customer service. Alan manages the finances, stock control, ordering & admin support, and Kym and Chris provide admin support & invoicing. Our vehicles carry the majority of material required to carry out just about any job, while our workshop has facilities to test products for faults in our test bay. Our tradesmen in the field are in constant contact through mobile phone coverage and an internet based SMS service, through which their jobs are scheduled by the office and managed by a state-of-the-art custom built database specifically designed for our business.
